Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or item of equal value, subject to availability

Customer is responsible for delivery fees related to exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect
Returns
Approved returns must be requested within three (3) days of purchase or delivery.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Refunds
Refunds are provided only where an item is damaged, unsafe, or defective.
In such cases, a full refund (including delivery fees) will be issued via bank transfer.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges may be offered at management’s discretion, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within three (3) days with proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
